2. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Texas resident or operate a Texas‑based business.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must own or represent a business, brand, or professional service.
• Must complete the registration form and pay the required entry fee.
• Must agree to all competition rules, voting guidelines, and payout terms.

$150 non‑refundable entry fee

4. Paid Votes System

The competition uses a Paid Votes Model to allow supporters, customers, and community members to vote for their favorite business.

• How Paid Votes Work

             Supporters purchase votes at designated voting rates.

• Each vote contributes to the contestant’s total accumulated revenue.
• Votes are tracked and audited for accuracy and fairness.
• Voting remains open throughout the competition period.
• Revenue Distribution

                At the conclusion of the competition:

•  Receives 20% of the net revenue generated from the entire competition’s paid votes.

•  Receives the Dream Icon Business Texas Title.

                           Non‑Winners

•  Receive 20% of their own accumulated paid votes revenue.
• Continue to be eligible for future Dream Icon Business programs and funding cycles.

5. Voting Guidelines

To ensure fairness and transparency:

• All votes must be submitted through the official voting platform.
• Paid votes are final and non‑refundable.
• Vote totals will be updated periodically and displayed publicly.
• Any attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate votes will result in disqualification.
• Contestants may promote their voting link but must follow ethical marketing practices.
